Privacy Policy
This page explains what data the GenesisCore beta service handles, why it is handled, and where support or legal requests should be directed.
1. Data we collect
- Birth-related data entered for analysis, such as date, time, place, latitude, longitude, and timezone
- Account and contact data used for sign-in or delivery, such as email address and authentication-related identifiers
- Purchase-related identifiers, such as plan selection and payment/session identifiers handled through Stripe
- Questionnaire answers, report context, support inquiry content, and operational logs required to provide or debug the service
- Research-consent status and related metadata when you choose whether your data may be used for verification or research
2. Purposes of use
- To compute and display astrology analysis and related report content
- To manage sign-in, purchased entitlements, saved reports, and delivery operations
- To respond to support requests, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and maintain service security
- To handle billing, payment reconciliation, and legally required transaction records
- To evaluate verification and service-quality improvements only when research consent is turned on
3. Ordinary service use and research use
Ordinary service delivery and research use are separate. Turning research consent off does not block the core service. When research consent is on, the operator may use the relevant records for verification output, service-quality evaluation, and research-related analysis tied to the product.
4. External processors and disclosures
- Payment processing may be handled through Stripe.
- Authentication, hosting, storage, or related infrastructure may rely on Google/Firebase and similar service providers.
- Data may be disclosed when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the operator.
- The operator does not sell personal data as an advertising commodity.
5. Local storage and retention
The web app may use browser storage, including localStorage or sessionStorage, to keep in-progress analysis state, report context, locale preferences, and related UI data. Service records may be retained for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or support investigation as reasonably necessary.
6. Access, correction, and deletion requests
If you need correction or deletion of account-related data, or you want to make a privacy-related request, contact support. Some payment or transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or operational compliance.
