Terms of Service

GenesisCore provides astrology-based analysis, related explanatory text, and account-linked report features. The service may be used through guest flows or account sign-in depending on the feature.

• Paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
• Prices, tax treatment, and plan details are displayed on the purchase and checkout screens.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Paid analysis begins from the purchase-completion flow and the result is delivered on-screen after processing. For eligible plans, email/PDF delivery may also be provided.
• Because the service provides digital content, returns, cancellations, and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase. If the purchased content could not be used because of a system malfunction, please contact support.

• You must not impersonate another person or register false information.
• You must manage your own account, sign-in method, and device access appropriately.
• If your birth data, payment status, or saved reports need correction, contact support rather than attempting to bypass the product flow.

• Illegal or abusive use of the service
• Interference with the service, scraping beyond reasonable use, or attempts to bypass access control
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse of reports, images, and text generated by the service
• Use of the service in a way that infringes the rights, privacy, or safety of others

Research use is separate from ordinary service use. If you turn research consent off, normal paid/free service operation is not blocked. If you turn it on, the operator may use the relevant data for verification, quality improvement, and research-related analysis within the service.

Analysis output is informational content derived from birth data, questionnaires, and related processing. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional judgment, and it does not guarantee any specific future result.

The operator may update wording, structure, plan contents, display behavior, or availability as the beta service evolves. Significant legal or operational changes will be reflected on the relevant pages.
